2 Girls 1 Pup: The Most Disgusting Chore Ever Assigned
Yes, I named it that. You read the title, your eyebrows went up, and now you're here trying to figure out what you've walked into. What you've walked into is a rhyming story about two sisters, Karla and Latifa, whose mom hands them a single cup and one simple job. The vet needs a stool sample from the pup. That's it. That's the whole plot.
What follows is a gross-out escalation of scooping, gagging, flies, one catastrophic vomit, and a sample so ruined the mom nearly loses it. It's a poop errand that spirals into full biohazard, and every stanza somehow finds a new way to make you say "no." I wrote it about a dog, a cup, and two kids who will not stop arguing over whose turn it is.
The title is the bait. The turd is the switch.
Who I Wrote This For
- People who saw the title, gasped, and immediately needed to know
- Fans of gross-out humour who aren't precious about a little poop
- Anyone with a sibling they once out-grossed in a backyard
- Dog owners who have, in fact, held the cup and smelled way too near
Who I Did Not Write This For
- People who read the title as a promise and are going to be disappointed
- Anyone who has filed a formal complaint about "tone" at a barbecue
- The relative who thinks a poop joke is a moral failing
- Readers who need a tidy ending. The chore wasn't over. It had just begun.
When This Book Comes in Handy
- A gag gift for the friend whose sense of humour got them talked about
- White elephant exchanges where you'd like to be remembered, or feared
- Bachelorette and stag parties that have peaked and need a reset
- Sitting on the coffee table as a quiet warning to your guests
Why I Think You Should Buy It
This is the book that gets snatched off the table, read out loud in a voice, and passed around a room full of people saying "she did NOT just scoop that." A greeting card has never once cleared a room and then refused to leave anyone's memory.
You already know if this is your kind of terrible. You've known since the title. So stop pretending you're deciding and put it in the cart, because somewhere a real dog is dropping a fresh log in the middle of a real yard, and someone has to hold the cup.
